What are the key features?

The robot fuses 1.5km of filament onto a high-performance racing midsole. It forms a complete shoe upper in a single, three-minute step.

With LightSpray™, On created its lightest upper yet, weighing in at just 30g.

No laces mean fewer distractions. And the second-skin fit reduces chafing, so you can focus on the miles ahead – whether it’s 26.2 or more.

The revolutionary upper is then paired with a propulsive bottom unit. Featuring a carbon-fiber Speedboard® between two layers of Helion™ HF hyper foam for high energy return and impact absorption.

How are CO2 emissions reduced?

Through glueless bonding the robot cuts out unneccessary excess and processes, like yarn and textile formation, conventional coloration, or increased water consumption.

The result, less waste, fewer parts and a reduction of CO2 emissions by 75%.
